Operations Analyst

This is a middle-office operations role within Investment Management. The position supports equity, fixed income, liquidity, and alternative investment teams by managing derivative operations and collateral processes.

• Manage OTC and cleared derivative margin requirements
• Process and reconcile collateral movements via platforms such as Acadia
• Monitor and resolve margin disputes
• Oversee trade capture, confirmations, affirmations, and settlements
• Reconcile derivative positions and mark-to-market (MTM) valuations
• Manage lifecycle events (resets, expirations, novations, credit events)
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and administrators

• Provide operational support using Black Rock Solutions Aladdin
• Support portfolio managers, traders, and analysts
• Assist with onboarding new derivative trading accounts, including ISDA documentation

• 1–3 years of experience in derivatives operations
• Hands‑on experience with collateral platforms (Acadia preferred)
• Familiarity with Aladdin
• Knowledge of reconciliation tools such as Tri Optima tri Resolve, DTCC, ICE Link, or Markit Wire is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with trading and investment teams

*** Pay Rate- $45-$50.00/hour
