I’m working confidentially with an organically grown national CPA firm seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to support continued expansion within their high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth practice.

This firm has grown by 25% over the past three years — entirely organically, with no private equity backing. They’ve built their reputation through long-term client relationships, strong technical delivery, and steady, strategic growth rather than acquisition-driven expansion.

You’ll work with sophisticated private clients, families, and closely held businesses with assets and revenues of $200M+. The client base includes multi-entity structures, investment vehicles, trusts, estates, and complex wealth planning matters.

This is a visible leadership role where you will:

• Manage and review complex individual, trust, estate, and pass-through returns
• Oversee tax planning strategies for high-net-worth families
• Act as a trusted advisor to principals, family offices, and key stakeholders
• Lead and mentor tax staff and managers
• Drive engagement profitability and client service excellence

The role offers both technical depth and meaningful client interaction — ideal for someone who enjoys advisory work as much as compliance oversight.

• 8+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong private client / HNW tax background
• Experience managing complex structures and large client relationships
• Proven ability to lead teams and review work at a high technical level
• CPA required
