This organization was built by advisors, for advisors, with the foundational belief that a superior business model for the advisor is the prerequisite for superior client outcomes.

Key Affiliation and Structure:

We offer a high-touch, independent structure that maintains a crucial affiliation with a leading national financial institution, providing institutional-level operational support and due diligence without the internal sales pressure of a wirehouse. The original firm was founded by five top wirehouse advisor teams seeking a scalable independent platform that prioritized ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Book of Business: Must have a verifiable track record of exceptional revenue generation with a portable client book of business in TTM Production/Revenue.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or Private Client Group Relationship Manager (e.g., Wirehouse, Regional Broker-Dealer, or Bank Trust).
  • Client Focus: Expertise in holistic financial planning for HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Licensing: Current and clean Series 7, 66 (or 65/63), and state insurance licenses.
