Position: Accounting Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $135,000-$165,000+Bonus

The Accounting Manager’s Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial activity across core functions.
- Maintain organized, well‑controlled financial records and support efficient month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Oversee payroll‑related workflows, employee reimbursements, and internal documentation standards.
- Prepare clear, reliable financial reports and forecasts to support leadership decision‑making.
- Manage cash flow planning, budgeting inputs, and coordination efforts with external tax advisors.
- Support partnership‑related financial tasks and contribute to special initiatives that improve financial efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within private equity, investment management, family office, or a similar sophisticated financial environment
- Experience with partnership accounting and tax reporting strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Quick Books and Yardi
- Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
- Clear, polished communication skills
