This is a critical leadership role at a high-growth, Series A healthcare services company expanding access to high-quality, equitable mental health care for women across the reproductive lifecycle.
We are seeking a hands-on healthcare finance operator with deep experience in PE- or VC-backed startups with deep expertise in the full revenue lifecycle from reimbursement to cash conversion and can build the financial systems required for disciplined, capital-efficient growth.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $175,000-$215,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility and equity. This range may be adjusted for exceptional candidates based on experience, scope, and role alignment.
The Opportunity
The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This leader will own financial planning and analysis, build driver-based forecasting models, and ensure strong visibility into cash runway, unit economics, and operating leverage. They will translate complex healthcare reimbursement dynamics into clear financial insights that guide disciplined, capital-efficient decision-making.

Experience operating within a PE- or VC-backed company is required, as this role will support future debt and equity financing and ensure strong financial governance.
