Branch Manager

At Northpointe Bank, we believe a career should empower you to grow, lead, and make a difference. We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead a Loan Production Office (LPO), drive mortgage sales, and build strong referral relationships in the local lending community.

Loan Officers are compensated with a monthly recoverable draw and earn commission based on basis points (bps) for closed and funded loan volume
. This structure provides income consistency while rewarding strong production performance.

• Lead and manage a profitable and compliant Loan Production Office
• Originate and close residential mortgage loans
• Recruit, coach, and develop Loan Officers and support staff
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners
• Set sales goals and track performance against market conditions.
• Partner with marketing and business development teams to drive growth
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements

• 10+ years of real estate lending experience
• Proven mortgage production and/or sales team leadership experience
• Strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage staff, performance, and business outcomes
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage/banking systems
• Valid driver’s license
