The role requires strong financial modeling, accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of investment banking experience
• Experience with M&A transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with strong attention to detail and an ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $135,000 – $225,000 per year, with eligibility for annual incentive compensation as part of total compensation. Placement within this range depends on experience, and total compensation will be competitive with the market.
