Day‑to‑Day

• Lead finance and accounting work streams for M&A deals, from due diligence through post‑acquisition integration
• Partner closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams across finance, tax, legal, treasury, and corporate development
• Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues (business combinations, equity method investments, joint ventures)
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Collaborate with finance transformation and IT to integrate acquired entities into corporate systems
• Stay ahead of evolving M&A guidance and share insights with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
• 5‑8 years of experience including Big 4 public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, with focus on business combinations and investment accounting
• Experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions, including post‑close integration is ideal
• Exposure to cross‑border M&A, FX, and international accounting standards a plus
