Day‑to‑Day
- Lead finance and accounting work streams for M&A deals, from due diligence through post‑acquisition integration
- Partner closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams across finance, tax, legal, treasury, and corporate development
- Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues (business combinations, equity method investments, joint ventures)
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate with finance transformation and IT to integrate acquired entities into corporate systems
- Stay ahead of evolving M&A guidance and share insights with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
- 5‑8 years of experience including Big 4 public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, with focus on business combinations and investment accounting
- Experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions, including post‑close integration is ideal
- Exposure to cross‑border M&A, FX, and international accounting standards a plus
