Code of Ethics Compliance Analyst

Overview

Compliance Analyst – Boston, MA – Temp to Perm – $35-38/hr

The Analyst will be a member of the Code of Ethics team, which is part of the Legal, Compliance, and Risk group, responsible for administration of the Firm’s Code of Ethics Policy that relates to ethical conduct, and addresses conflicts of interest including personal investing, gifts and entertainment, and outside activities. The Code of Ethics team is also responsible for monitoring compliance with the firm’s Policy and Procedures Regarding Political Contributions.

• Responding to questions from employees regarding the Firm’s Code of Ethics Policies/Program
• Supporting process, system, and data-dependent elements of the Code of Ethics program; identify opportunities to create efficiencies and use of technology
• Collaborating with EMEA and APAC compliance colleagues, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit to drive coordinated outcomes in the above areas
• Supporting other key Legal, Compliance and Risk Group initiatives
• Developing and conducting regulatory training for the business in the areas described above
• Responding to regulatory inquiries or examinations in these areas, as appropriate
• Serving as a point of escalation for offshore colleagues
• Creating and maintaining operational procedures

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance, business, computer science, or another relevant field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with compliance, operational, or business controls for an investment advisor
