Position OverviewOur Transaction Services team serves middle-market private equity firms, founder-owned businesses, and investment professionals during any stage of the transaction process.
CFOx is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Services team in the Boston and Detroit offices. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing firm and play a pivotal role in shaping its direction, culture, and operations. This role requires a good understanding of private equity environments, strong financial acumen, a drive for excellence, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and growing environment.
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with the Vice Presidents to deliver strategic financial insights, drive operational improvements, and support growth initiatives for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of private equity environments, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.
Typical Transaction Services engagements include:
- Buy-Side & Sell-Side ‘Quality of Earnings’ Analysis
- Client liaison to due diligence provider and advisors during transaction process
- General due diligence on target acquisitions
- Financial diligence and modeling
- Assist in Transaction Services client engagements
- Prepare client deliverables, analyses, and reports
- Participate in the firm’s business development efforts
- Activate participation in the firm’s culture and operations
- Train and Develop Associates
- 2-4 years of transaction (TS or TAS) experience
