Responsibilities
- Oversight of month-end close process
- Lead AP, AR, and Payroll operations
- Implement proper internal controls
- Assist with FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, and modeling)
- Advise on process improvement and automation
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-10 years of general accounting experience
- CPA is a plus, but not mandatory
- Hands-on, strong attention to detail and communication skills
