$110,000/year - $140,000/year

• Accurate and timely preparation of assigned Individual Income Tax Returns, Fiduciary Income Tax Returns, Income Tax Information Letters, and Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments for assigned Individuals and Trusts.
• Develop and maintain strong familiarity with in‑house and vendor systems (Onesource trust–tax, CCH Axcess, FIS Global Plus) for tax return production.
• Maintain efficient workflow and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in procedures.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal and State tax law.
• Furnish technical knowledge, advice, and consultation across the organization and to clients through effective verbal and written communication.

• Minimum 5 years of tax preparation experience in a high‑net‑worth client environment.
• Strong knowledge of tax law, compliance, and experience in tax preparation software.
• A commitment to organization and meeting immovable deadlines.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently under minimal supervision with attention to detail and accuracy.
