Financial Client Service Representative

We've partnered with a financial services firm who is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office.

• Respond to client questions accurately and on time
• Provide high-quality client service every day
• Calculate daily Net Asset Values (NAVs)
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
• Create internal and external reports as needed
• Use company systems to complete daily client service tasks
• Track and manage client inquiries using internal tools
• Review and resolve accounting issues or breaks on a daily basis

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Fund Accounting
• Ability to work well under deadlines while maintaining accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
• Working knowledge of:
  • Corporate actions
  • Equity, fixed income, and derivative investments
  • Emerging markets
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience using Bloomberg and Reuters preferred
