Financial Accountant (CPA Required)

We are hiring a Financial Accountant (CPA) to join our accounting and finance team. This role provides hands-on experience with complex financial reporting, international accounting operations, and FP&A support. It’s a strong opportunity for professionals who want to expand their expertise in both domestic and international accounting within the financial services sector.

• Earn up to $120,000 annually including bonus
• Profit Sharing: 12% of base + bonus, contributed to retirement plan annually

• Prepare and post journal entries for domestic and international entities
• Perform month-end account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Calculate intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments
• Contribute to FP&A analysis for select line items on a monthly basis
• Assist with external audits and preparation of GAAP financial statements
• Reconcile investment holdings statements for corporate entities

• 2+ years of public accounting (Big 4/large firm preferred) or corporate accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license or active candidacy
• Proficiency in GAAP accounting and audit processes
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Financial services or asset management exposure
• Quick Books or Workday accounting system experience
• Knowledge of FP&A tools and reporting methods
• Experience with intercompany accounting and global consolidations
