This group partners with middle‑market companies, investors, and creditors to deliver strategic financial solutions across a range of complex business situations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving challenging financial and operational issues.

• Support client engagements across performance improvement, transaction advisory, valuation, and restructuring.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence to assess business performance and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and implementation plans for clients navigating growth, transition, or distress.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and other deliverables with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with senior team members and cross‑functional groups to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Accounting OR CPA required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
