We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fund Accountant to join our team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting support for commingled investment portfolios. The role involves executing key aspects of net asset value (NAV) calculations, such as transactions, capital stock, corporate actions, expenses, and break resolution. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a team environment
- Availability to work U.S. holidays and overtime as needed
Work Schedule:
$22 - $24 per hour, first shift (8 AM - 4 PM)
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary contact for derivative valuation inquiries
- Manage daily volume while maintaining high-quality output
- Verify financial information and escalate issues as necessary
- Ensure team deliverables and deadlines are met
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved breaks and inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues professionally
- Participate in reporting processes including Clarity, PVCs, past dues, cash breaks, and risk/analysis reviews
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity
