We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Vice President to join our Healthcare IT team. The candidate will be responsible for leading transaction activities, mentoring junior bankers, and driving client relationships in a highly competitive sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior bankers throughout a transaction lifecycle, reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.

• Develop and present compelling selling memorandums and presentations to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility.

• Provide leadership and insight to help clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment banking experience or an MBA degree with 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience.

• Meaningful M&A transaction experience required.

• Strong business writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, persuasive materials.

• Proficiency in accounting and financial modeling.

• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish trust with stakeholders.

• Exceptional work ethic and high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential.

Compensation

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $250,000 per year, with placement dependent upon level of experience. The role includes annual incentive compensation and a total compensation package competitive with the market.
