Reconciliations Analyst

Reconciliation Analyst - Remote (Local to Boston, MA)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to support daily reconciliation processes and assist with data migration and conversion activities. This role involves working with complex financial data, ensuring accuracy across systems, and leveraging advanced reconciliation tools.

• Perform cash and position reconciliations across multiple platforms
• Create and manage reconciliation processes using specialized tools
• Support migration and conversion activities related to investment data
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity

• Experience with reconciliation processes in financial operations
• Proficiency with DUCO or similar reconciliation tools (ability to build and configure reconciliations)
• Familiarity with investment management systems such as Aladdin
• Exposure to private assets preferred
• SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
