Salary $120,000–$150,000 base + bonus. Final compensation may flex based on scope and experience.

Tax Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Own end‑to‑end federal, state, and local tax compliance across a multi‑entity structure
• Manage income, partnership, sales/use, excise, and related tax filings, including extensions and estimates
• Maintain the master tax compliance calendar and ensure timely execution
• Oversee K‑1s and partnership allocations in coordination with Finance
• Serve as primary point of contact for tax audits and notices
• Manage and coordinate external tax advisors and deliverables
• Build and maintain tax SOPs, controls, and documentation standards
• Track tax risks and proactively elevate issues and decisions
• Provide tax support for entity changes, planning initiatives, and special projects
• Deliver regular tax status and risk updates to leadership
Tax Manager Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or Master’s in Tax strongly preferred
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or industry
• Strong understanding of multi‑entity and partnership/corporate tax concepts
• Proven ability to independently manage tax compliance with strong organization and controls
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally and managing external advisors
• Energy, renewables, fuels, or infrastructure experience strongly preferred
