Tax Manager – Boston (Hybrid)
Location:
Boston, MA. Onsite 2–3 days per week. This role oversees outsourced tax compliance and complex fund structures, partnering with internal teams and external advisors.
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base + bonus.
What You’ll Do:
• Advise on operational and strategic tax matters for complex fund structures.
• Oversee cross‑border and outsourced tax work.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Partner with portfolio managers and external advisors.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years in tax with investment fund experience preferred.
• CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
