Private Client Banker - Back Bay, MA

Job responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients
• Actively manage the banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partner with specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Make client lives more convenient by sharing and setting up self‑service options to access their accounts 24/7
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements

• Demonstrated success using a value‑added, relationship‑oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
• 1+ year experience as a Branch Banking Banker or equivalent, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Compliance with Dodd‑Frank / Truth in Lending Act regulations and completion of required licensing within 180 days of start date (SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses as applicable)
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

• Excellent communication skills
• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients
• Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long‑term career with the firm

Boston, MA – Base pay $25.00 – $32.69 per hour
