Senior Fund Manager

We’re partnered with a global fund services firm looking to hire an experienced Associate Director to support private equity and real asset clients. This role sits within a senior leadership layer and combines client oversight, technical accounting review, and team leadership.

• Oversee a portfolio of private equity and real estate funds, ensuring accurate accounting and investor reporting
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for investor onboarding, fund operations, and financial close processes
• Review fund, investment, and investor-level activity, including capital movements and allocations
• Ensure compliance with fund governing documents, fee structures, and waterfall mechanics
• Act as a technical accounting resource with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Review financial statements, capital account reporting, and investor communications
• Partner with external auditors throughout annual audit cycles
• Serve as a primary client contact for ongoing requests and issue resolution
• Contribute to process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Oversee billing, collections, and recoverability related to assigned client accounts

• 10-15 years of overall experience with at least 7 years of experience specifically handling private equity fund accounting or fund administration responsibilities.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing and developing teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing environments
