Job Title: Pricing Analyst — Direct Hire

• The Practice Management Analyst - Intake & Pricing is a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional responsible for overseeing the documentation and financial integrity of new client engagements.
• This role focuses on reviewing engagement letters and analyzing diverse billing structures—including hourly, alternative fee, and capped arrangements—to ensure full compliance with internal policies and financial standards.
• Acting as a key liaison between attorneys, finance, and administrative departments, the Analyst performs profitability modeling in Excel, identifies inconsistencies in fee structures, and ensures all non-standard terms receive proper approval.
• The role supports firm-wide data integrity with attention to detail and technical proficiency in matter management systems to streamline the intake process.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years experience within legal or billable professional services as a pricing analyst, engagement letters, billing, pricing, or matter intake
• Strong Excel skills (ideally modeling experience)
