A leading real estate investment firm in Boston seeks an Investment Analyst to join their team. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in real estate investment and strong financial modeling skills, particularly in Argus and Excel. You will be responsible for underwriting transactions, conducting market research, and preparing Investment Committee packages. A Bachelor’s degree in real estate, economics, or finance is preferred.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $117,500-$130,000, with additional bonuses and benefits.
