Strategic Tax Planning Manager

Overview

Strategic Tax Planning Manager. Boston, MA. Salary Range: $215,000 to $251,000 per year.

• Work/coordinate with corporate stakeholders (legal, finance, treasury, IT, strategy, supply chain, business development).
• Provide technical expertise in financial management (M&A, international tax, and/or transfer pricing).
• Identify operational and reporting challenges and implement global transfer pricing, tax structures, and project management.
• Deliver due diligence and tax structuring services and communicate findings and opportunities.

• Requires MBA and two years of experience providing federal tax and mergers and acquisition advice for corporate tax services (including M&A planning and research services).
• Experience assisting with tax matters including tax basis, earning and profits, identifying tax exposure.
• Experience delivering due diligence and tax structuring services, and communicating findings and opportunities.
