We are seeking a senior professional at Senior Manager / Associate Director level with a strong desire to operate within a Private Equity advisory and fund services environment. The position is broad in scope and blends private equity advisory support, fund oversight, investor-facing leadership, and team management. Responsibilities include advising clients on fund structures and lifecycle events, overseeing complex private equity and real asset funds, reviewing NAVs and waterfall mechanics, partnering with clients on investor reporting and fund activity, coordinating audits and service providers, interpreting LPAs and side letters, and serving as a senior escalation point across technical, operational, and client-related matters.
This position reports directly to a Director / Senior Director and will oversee multiple team members while working closely with clients, auditors, legal counsel, and internal service lines.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant Private Equity experience across fund accounting, fund administration, or advisory environments
- Demonstrated experience advising on private equity fund structures, capital activity, allocations, and waterfall mechanics
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and private fund reporting, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-accounting stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate in a client-facing, advisory-oriented role and manage senior-level relationships
- Prior experience reviewing work, leading teams, and acting as an escalation point
- Backgrounds in fund administration, audit, accounting, or alternative investment advisory are all relevant
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client priorities
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort working across fund accounting and reporting systems
- Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented, advisory approach
