Financial Reporting Associate up to $100k/yr+ profit sharing

We seek a detail-oriented

Financial Reporting Associate to join our team, ensuring accurate, timelyfinancial statement and regulatory reporting. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, third-party administrators, and auditors ina fast-paced environment. • Payup to $100k per year
• 10-15% bonus
• 12% profit sharing
• Collaborate with a top-tier financial services team
• Gainexposure to both domestic and international regulatory reporting

• Prepareannual, quarterly, and interim financial statements and footnotes
• Completequarterly SEC, quarterly CFTC/NFA, and annual CIMA regulatory filings
• Createinvestor-specific monthly reports and respond to investor queries
• Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations to ensure accuracy in accounting records
• Compileaudit deliverables and review formal auditor communications
• Analyzedaily trades for classification accuracy in the accounting system
• Supportoperational improvements and participate in special projects as needed

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in accounting
• 3-5years of experience in public accounting with a focus on financial services clients
• CPA certification or active progress toward obtaining certification
• Familiarity with fixed income securities, derivatives, and complex financialinstruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Big 4 or large national CPA firm experience preferred
• Knowledge of Total Return accounting system is an advantage
• Knowledge of master-feeder structures is a plus
