Administration and Finance is dedicated to effectively and responsibly planning, managing, and accounting for Massport’s financial resources. • Develop and maintain complex financial models to guide capital planning, funding strategies, and long-term investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with trust agreements, tax regulations, and federal requirements while optimizing allocation of capital funds and resources.
• Provide financial analysis and risk management expertise to support energy procurement, sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure investments.
• Lead debt and cash management activities, including bond issuance, disclosure reporting, and performance analysis, delivering accurate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance or economics with a strong background in complex economic analysis and business/financial policy development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of economics, finance, and mathematics including, but not limited to internal rate of return, compound interest, and advanced algebra as well as knowledge of municipal bond market.
• Proficiency with database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
