Are you looking to join a global firm that combines institutional scale with the energy and influence of a boutique platform? In this environment, employees are true partners in the business—empowered to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and grow alongside the firm. We are seeking a Valuations Analyst to join our Portfolio Strategy & Performance function, a highly visible group that serves as the analytical and strategic backbone for leadership across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, helping senior leaders understand what is driving performance, where capital and resources should be deployed, and how value can be maximized across the portfolio. You will transform complex financial and operating data into clear, actionable insights that guide investment decisions, portfolio priorities, and long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do- Lead deep‑dive analyses across portfolio companies to assess performance, identify value‑creation opportunities, and surface emerging risks.
- Develop and maintain portfolio‑level dashboards and reporting that integrate financial, operational, and strategic metrics into a cohesive performance narrative.
- Partner with investment, finance, and operating teams to interpret results, challenge assumptions, and provide forward‑looking recommendations.
- Build and enhance financial models to support scenario analysis, capital allocation, and strategic planning.
- Track macro, market, and company‑specific trends to evaluate their impact on portfolio strategy and investment priorities.
- Prepare high‑impact materials for senior leadership and executive reviews, translating data into clear strategic insights.
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to validate data integrity and ensure consistency across analyses.
- 3+ years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insight.
- Experience working with multi‑entity financials, portfolio‑level reporting, or investment performance analysis.
- A confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and frame recommendations in a strategic context.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; advanced credentials are a plus.
- Familiarity with portfolio reporting tools, financial systems, or strategic planning processes is highly desirable.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to be close to decision‑making, influence how capital and resources are deployed, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of a global investment platform—while still enjoying the collaboration, visibility, and culture of a boutique environment.
