Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking an experienced Client Specialist to support their high‑net‑worth clients. This full‑time, onsite role offers an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a collaborative, well‑established team that values professionalism, attention to detail, and work/life balance.

Compensation: $140K-$175K with performance bonuses paid annually.

Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications.

Applicants must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA, 5 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients and portfolio managers with account setup, updates, and ongoing management.
  • Coordinate annual reviews and quarterly communications.
  • Handle billing, deposits, transfers, and disbursements accurately.
  • Prepare client reports, cash flow analyses, and trust documents.
  • Attend client meetings, draft notes, and document follow‑up actions.
  • Maintain client objectives and coordinate estate and trust activities.
  • Manage wire transfers, trust updates, and collateral loans.
  • Assist with onboarding new assets, special projects, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience building and managing client relationships.
  • Strong background in financial services, trust administration preferred.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Degree preferred but extensive experience may suffice.
