Real Estate Asset Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a Real Estate Asset Accounting Manager to oversee property-level accounting and financial operations across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration (3 days weekly, with Mondays and Wednesdays required) and remote flexibility, while providing the opportunity to drive accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial insights.

• Competitive base salary up to $140K
• 15% annual performance bonus
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote (Mon & Wed required in-office)
• Exposure to acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures
• Opportunity to shape financial operations for a growing real estate portfolio

• Manage property-level accounting with accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Oversee cash flow, budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
• Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements
• Support MRI users and ensure loan compliance
• Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions teams on financial analysis and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
• 5+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
• Strong knowledge of Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting
• Experience with tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous experience using MRI Software
