We are looking for a people‑oriented, detail‑oriented professional to join our Real Estate Finance Practice Group as an Analyst.
Location and HoursHybrid (3 days in office per week, 2 days remote) – available at any Polsinelli office.
Core Responsibilities- Support lender‑side commercial real‑estate closings, performing title, survey, zoning review, and assisting closing attorneys.
- Review real‑estate documents such as title reports, surveys, zoning reports.
- Analyze title commitment, title exceptions, surveys, and zoning reports; prepare review letters to obtain lender proforma loan policies.
- Work directly with surveyors, title companies, zoning consultants, and other third‑party vendors.
- Conduct due diligence during the closing process to obtain proforma loan policies, surveys, and zoning reports.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Commercial Real Estate Finance Practice Group.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills to work well with internal and external clients on all levels.
- Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects without prompting.
- Capacity to handle routine daily functions while resolving sensitive issues and complex assignments.
- Five years of experience in commercial real‑estate as a paralegal.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000, depending on experience.
