• Lead day‑to‑day operations of a small‑to‑medium‑sized fund accounting support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
• Lead accounting and net asset value (NAV) production functions, including NAV construction, validation, review, dissemination, and reporting activities for more complex funds.
• Review data and assist in resolving escalated problems arising during daily, weekly, or monthly accounting and reporting cycles.
• Track data and maintain accounting records for higher complexity funds in accordance with department policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3‑5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting support preferred.
• No direct reports; may have work allocation and team lead responsibilities.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. The final base salary will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and Company‑sponsored benefit programs.
