A boutique investment firm based in Boston is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join their growing team. The firm focuses on alternative investments, including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and venture capital, and works primarily with family offices and high-net-worth individuals.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management, while gaining exposure to a wide range of property types and strategies. In this role, you will support the evaluation and execution of new investments, assist with monitoring and managing the existing portfolio, and conduct detailed financial and market analysis to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of real estate markets, and a genuine interest in alternative investments. Prior experience in real estate investment, development, or a related field will be a strong advantage.

This position requires the candidate to be based in Boston, and applications from those outside the area will not be considered.
