Hybrid – Boston, MA (3 days in office)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + discretionary bonus

A well-established private wealth advisory firm is quietly adding a Client Services Associate to its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, financial planning, and being the steady, reliable point of support behind high-net-worth client relationships.

You’ll work directly with senior advisors, sit in on client meetings, prepare financial materials, and learn the client advisory process from the ground up.

• Join client meetings to take notes and assist with follow-ups
• Prepare planning materials, reports, and client communications
• Support advisors on day-to-day client service needs
• Help organize data, accounts, and financial documents
• Grow into a polished, client-facing resource over time

• 1–4 years of experience in financial planning, wealth advisory, or a related area
• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and client-ready
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized under deadlines
• Comfort learning new technology; experience with planning tools (e.g., Addepar) is a plus but not required—training provided

• Hybrid: 3 days onsite required; 4 preferred for development and mentorship
• Collaborative team environment working with multiple senior advisors
• High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client exposure
