  • Broad responsibilities with excellent mentorship from the assistant controller; lead Month end financial close, drive Revenue reporting and M&A readiness activities, work with the rest of the technical accounting team to integrate acquisition data into financial statements, Propose enhancements and updates to reporting procedures and processes, build relationships with different business units - serving as an eventual SME for ASC 805 business combinations, Revenue ASC 606, Ad-hoc integration projects, Annual assurance preparation, Working closely with corporate accounting and finance transformation teams, and more!

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of applicable public audit or technical accounting experience. (ASC 805, 606 or SEC Reporting are BIG pluses)
  • CPA highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including work papers to be relied upon by external parties.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and give status updates to your team.
  • Have a natural curiosity for exploring new projects / researching new topics
