Wealth Management Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs), Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs), and teams on a daily basis. As senior members of the service team, individuals in this role build trusted relationships through regular client interactions. A client‑first mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience are essential. The role assists in digital marketing, portfolio holdings, proposal tools, and financial planning.

• Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team, cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally.
• Support the FA/PWA/team in enhancing client relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Assist in meeting preparation, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely execution of client service functions.
• Handle traditional client service tasks (money movement, account questions, digital tools, order entry) on request.
• Keep current on policies, procedures, and new platforms, sharing best practices with team members.
• Assist with business planning and execution of digital and in‑person marketing strategies (conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, email).
• Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm‑approved systems.
• Conduct research using firm‑approved systems.

• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
• Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and internet applications.
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Adaptable, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.

Base pay ranges from $68,000 to $120,000 per year. Total compensation may include commission, incentive, bonuses, and other benefit programs.
