THE JOB

The Facilities Supervisor leads the Facilities Crew in event set up, break down, cleaning, and overall physical safety of Leader Bank Pavilion. This role works closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure everything is set up and ready to welcome our guests for each concert and event. The Facilities Supervisor is the primary trainer for Facilities Team. The Supervisor will also work with the Facilities Manager to direct the winterization and de‑winterization of our seasonal venue.
This is a seasonal position from February to October, working 30 to 40 hours per week. Hours will include standard business hours as well as event shifts. Shifts may start as early as 6:00‑7:00 am. Evening event shifts may go as late as 1:00 am. On non‑event days, typical hours will be 9 am to 5 pm.

What This Role Will Do
  • Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
  • Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences
  • Schedule Facilities staff for shows, events, and regular business hours
  • Lead Facilities Crew in setting up venue furniture and signage for concerts and private events; adapt to different needs depending on the client or artist and other factors, ie weather
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Special Events team to understand and execute special event set up
  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance needs, including repairing chairs, painting, and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Plan daily work lists for Facilities Crew.
  • Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to keeping all guest facing areas free of trash, restock restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed
  • Ensure work areas are neat and orderly and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Assist with maintaining venue gardens. Water plants and complete light landscaping.
  • Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to help perform duties as needed
