PLUS Quarterly Bonuses!

Full-Time Availability - We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and variable holiday shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Customer Engagement:
  Ensure customers are assisted in their purchases via face-to-face and virtual appointments, making each interaction personalized and memorable.

• Sales Lead Administration:
  Skillfully manage a significant number of incoming sales leads to meet both individual and team objectives and revenue benchmarks.

• Online Customer Care:
  Take a proactive approach in responding to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance through live chats and phone conversations, emphasizing a luxury customer experience commensurate with the quality of our clients products.

• Product Proficiency:
  Develop and demonstrate detailed product knowledge in relation to the clients diamond types, gemstones, and exquisite jewelry.
• Omnichannel Deployment:
  Make efficient use of propietary systems to manage tasks and encourage omnichannel communication.

• Brand Representation:
  Act as a brand ambassador, effectively achieving mission to foster a more sustainable, transparent, and empathetic jewelry industry.
