Operational & Business Strategy Intern

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Focus:
Process Optimization & Knowledge Management

This project focuses on the "engine" of the company. You will analyze internal workflows to identify bottlenecks and design streamlined processes. Your goal will be to create a centralized knowledge repository and standardized documentation that improves efficiency across multiple departments.
