NOBULL is a wellness community that invites and challenges individuals who aspire to be better versions of themselves mentally, emotionally and physically. Through footwear, apparel, nutrition, and a winning mentality, we provide the plays and playbook for your personal pursuit of self‑improvement. Our company is comprised of a small team of bright, passionate, and hardworking individuals dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.

The Footwear Development Engineering Internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn the end‑to‑end process of creating performance athletic footwear, from early concept through production readiness. Interns will work cross‑functionally with teams across Product Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Product Planning, and Logistics to gain a holistic understanding of how products move from idea to market. The experience includes a deeper dive into the Engineering function, with exposure to core technical elements such as lasts, patterns, molds, finished shoe testing, and the critical role of fit testing in ensuring end‑use performance.

Interns will also develop a foundational understanding of production timelines, including the Development “Buy Ready” process and Quality handoff. This is a great opportunity for students or early‑career candidates with an interest in footwear, product development, engineering, or design who are curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of internal materials such as meeting recaps, development summaries, and milestone updates to help improve team communication and visibility.
  • Maintain and organize product documentation, samples, and reference materials to support development efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in team meetings, product reviews, and milestone checkpoints to build business acumen and understand decision‑making processes.
  • Help analyze feedback from wear testing, fit sessions, or product reviews and summarize key takeaways for the broader team.
  • Provide general project support on ad‑hoc initiatives, process improvements, or seasonal priorities as needed by the department.
  • Collaborate with peers across the internship program to share learnings, contribute to group projects, and present end‑of‑program insights.
  • Uphold brand standards, professionalism, and confidentiality while representing the Product Creation team internally.
  • Review the Aetrex scanner project underfoot pressure mapping data.
  • Work with the technology to build out and define future protocols for maximizing the investment and power of the scanner.
  • Build out the scanner room space to visually represent and demonstrate the purpose for non‑technical visitors to the space.
