BR+A seeks an Energy Modeler to join our talented Energy and Sustainability Team. This role can be based in our Philadelphia, PA office. In this position you will work as part of our in‑house team, championing the energy agenda and developing simulations for unique and challenging projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in eQuest and have a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Requirements- BS Degree in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering or related field;
- Proficient with eQuest;
- Experience with energy modeling for code‑compliance, LEED and/or utility incentives;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
