Senior HVAC Estimator

We are a growing HVAC Company, looking to bring on an Senior Estimator. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience.

• Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Responsible for estimating, purchasing, submittal review and job coordination.
• Accurately estimate plans & specifications to design/build HVAC systems using computer estimating systems and other related software.
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes.
• Evaluate plans & specifications, and have the ability to identify discrepancies and have an understanding of how to address them accordingly.

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel locally as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The annual salary for this position is between 140k-180k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
