Senior Software Engineer

Ponderosa is working with a growing Series A startup!

This is a full stack role at an early-stage company building the AI platform that helps enterprise teams manage and optimize corporate travel spend. You'll be joining a small, highly collaborative engineering team at an inflection point — the company is signing large enterprise contracts regularly and preparing to scale. Engineers here own features end-to-end, work directly with customers, and have a real voice in product direction.

• Strong full stack engineer comfortable across both frontend and backend
• Experience building and shipping features from scratch in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity — there's no PM or designer yet, so engineers self-direct and own the full lifecycle
• Strong communicator who can demo work weekly and interface with enterprise customers
• 4–7+ years of experience, ideally at a startup or high-autonomy environment
• Builder mindset — we want people who've created, not just maintained
• Excited about hybrid work (1–2 days/week in office in Boston or London)

• B2B SaaS and data-heavy product experience
