Technology Rotational Development Program

Overview

The Technology Rotational Development Program is an eighteen-month program consisting of rotations with various technology teams supporting all aspects of our investment process, including research, portfolio management, trading, investment data, investor account management. As a member of the program, you will be introduced to a wide range of technologies, systems and processes critical to the firm’s success. You will also have the opportunity to participate in networking events with senior leadership to learn more about the firm’s history, culture and values.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, mathematics, data science, or electrical engineering upon graduation in May/June 2026. Demonstrated academic success and achievement.
• Applied technology experience through prior internships and academic projects.
• Demonstrated interest in a software engineering career path and programming experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Motivation, curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion for technology

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year.

Our approach to total compensation includes base salaries and annual discretionary bonuses, as well as a robust benefits package. The determination of a successful candidate’s base salary placement within the listed range will vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications (which may also include relevant certifications, credentials and other education), the job responsibilities and scope, the commensurate resulting level of the position and other relevant factors.

The listed range is also an estimate, and additional information regarding base salary and other elements of total compensation offered by Arrowstreet Capital to successful applicants will be communicated during the recruitment process.
