Job Role:

In house quality control and process strengthening through continuous improvement and system robust.

Educational

Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial engineering/ Automobile engineering

Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 4 to 9 Years

• Understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
• Root cause analysis of inhouse & field failures and recommending solutions for quality issues e.g. PDCA, 5 why analysis, Kaizen
• Reporting on the quality of products throughout all phases of production
• New model development and ECN handling
• Quality risk assessment i.e. PFMEA & Change part management
• Preparation of internal quality standards DQM, MOS, WIS
• Conducting inhouse process audits and taking actions for making process robust
• Coordination with supporting departments for making quality product
• Calibration of measuring equipment's as per the required frequency
• Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods
• Process & Product audit.

• Sound knowledge of engine assembly process and engine testing processes.
• Systematic approach for problem solving using adequate tools and techniques QC tools, 5 why analysis, FMEA.
• Strong analytical assessment with looking in different aspects and functionalities
• Preparation of quality reports & charts.
• Hands on experience of engine assembly and testing equipment's
• Statistical analysis for different set of data available and optimizing control parameters
• Knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing
• Calibrations of Nut runners, Limit wrench & measuring equipment.

• Target oriented, Good Analytical Skills, Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, Team player with Networking skills, self-discipline etc.
• Have an inclination to go into details of each task at hand, have exposure to 7 QC tool, 5 why, SPC, 3G, 3K analysis.
