Our client is a global leader in providing core components and integrated solutions for mobile and humanoid robots, with profound R&D capabilities and extensive industry experience. Its product portfolio covers key areas such as mobile robot motion control systems, humanoid robot joint drive modules, and servo drive solutions, which are widely recognized for high performance and reliability. With a global market presence, we are now looking to expand the US market and seek a talented KA Sales Manager to join the team.

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the US robotics market and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, acquire and maintain key accounts (including robot manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users in core industries).
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, needs assessment, solution proposal to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product and marketing teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth.
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 3+ years of KA sales experience in the robotics, smart logistics or advanced manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in US mobile and humanoid robots market development.
- Deep understanding of the US robotics market, including key players, industry trends and customer pain points; existing key account resources are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and drive results.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
