Primary Responsibilities
HDR is seeking a Project Manager to advance our water, wastewater, and stormwater design efforts across the New England area. The role involves client development, project management, and project delivery.
Candidates should have experience in water/wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction administration, focusing on condition assessment, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, wet weather planning, stormwater management, utilities, alternatives analysis, GIS analysis, and asset management. A combination of these areas is preferred.
Our team is growing with challenging and innovative projects. We work within multidisciplinary teams to design integrated, sustainable infrastructure that optimizes operations, reduces costs, and minimizes failure risks. We prioritize partnering with our clients.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including project management.
- PE license or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Commitment to our employee-owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wastewater infrastructure planning and design.
- Residing in the New England area is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree required;
Master’s degree preferred.
Location
Primary locations include Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. Full-time, regular employment in the water treatment industry.
