ABOUT THE TEAM

The Anduril Labs team, as part of the corporate Strategic Growth organization, is a selectively manned group of experienced core technology and military product development experts. The labs team creates product solutions to secure competitive advantage through unique, technically excellent and affordable insights.

We are looking for a Spectrum Solutions Architect & Engineer to join our rapidly growing Labs team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the identification, development and transition of critical RF-based solutions across the Anduril product line. You will secure critical competitive advantage for Anduril products with new, novel, advanced RF capabilities that will increase probability of winning new work and securing new product lines in 2 to 3 year time-frames.

You will engage with the customer research and development community to identify early collaboration opportunities around unique customer mission needs and RF technology solutions that will fill those needs. This includes interactions with customer R&D organizations, customer requirements and user organizations, potential new and novel RF component and sub-system suppliers, and internal business line technical experts and leadership. This will require collaborative problem solving across all levels of the organization including the primary product business lines and critical enabling functions such as supply chain management, finance, strategy, growth, engineering and manufacturing.

• Create new RF product solutions in collaboration with customer R&D and business line technical teams
• Scout for new, disruptive technology
• Develop internal research and investment plans aligned with business line product strategy and internal investment
• Partner with academic institutions for development and application of emerging technologies
• Capture strategic customer research and development opportunities aligned with long-term plan

• Experience with software-defined radios
• Experience with radio frequency sub-systems and component research & development.
• Experience in advanced development programs for offensive weapons systems, or equivalent complexity commercial product with demonstrated capability to bring deep RF technical expertise to solving integrated system challenges
• Experience in network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies
• Masters of Science in a relevant technical discipline
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

• Experience in rapid capability fielding activities, or equivalent commercial capability delivery
• Technical leadership experience with demonstrated capability to deliver impactful solutions within balanced cost, schedule and technical objectives of a complex research and development activity
• Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline

$166,000 — $220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
