Vice President Transportation Engineering - Rail

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of transit and rail services in the New England region. • Serve as the primary relationship manager for surface transportation clients, with a focus on transit and rail.
• Lead major pursuits and programs in the role of Project Manager or Project Director.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead, manage, and motivate project teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
• Support multiple transportation clients in the Boston area, providing strategic direction and expertise.
• Establish and execute client pursuit strategies to strengthen business opportunities.
• Attract, mentor, and retain top industry talent to expand the transit and rail practice in the region.

• 15+ years of experience in engineering or construction, with a strong focus on major rail projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Massachusetts PE license required.
• Proven ability to drive business growth across multiple disciplines, with a specialization in transit and rail.
• Demonstrated leadership in setting industry standards, fostering innovation, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
